This classic Main Lodge and 35 cottages are nestled amid 125 acres of pine forest, stretching along 3,500 feet of Sebago Lake shoreline in southern Maine. Accommodations: At Migis Lodge, you’ll stay in one of the Main Lodge’s eight spacious rooms or in one of 35 private cottages. Either way, you’ll enjoy your own porch with views of the lake, handsome appointments in every room, a fieldstone fireplace, flat screen cable TV, wet bar with under counter refrigerator, wireless internet access, handmade quilts on the beds, fresh flowers, and daily housekeeping service, plus fresh ice, glassware, and firewood delivered daily by a cabin steward.
As Suite As It Gets: When money is no object, go for the One-Bedroom Cottages with Lake Views, the preferred choice of small families. The 16 one-bedroom cottages feature front porches with rockers and lake views, living rooms with cathedral ceilings and fieldstone fireplaces. Each has a separate bedroom with one king or two queen beds. Every living room has a pullout sofa.
Dining: Dining at Migis is characterized by the Full American Plan, offering a unique and memorable experience. Enjoy sunset cocktails, wine, and hors d’oeuvres on the terrace, just steps from Sebago Lake. The chef features local and fresh ingredients to prepare a traditional American cuisine menu that changes daily and always includes Maine lobster. As a guest of Migis Lodge there is no need to have a reservation; your table will be ready for you whenever you arrive.
Activities: For some, a stay at Migis means relaxing on the porch, sipping a drink, enjoying the many wellness activities, and watching the sunlight filter through the soaring pine trees. For others, Migis means exploring and discovering the wide range of outdoor and family activities. You’ll love the spectacular waterfront, with waterskiing, canoeing and kayaking, sailing, and fishing for landlocked salmon, among other popular species.
Spa & Fitness: You can get a relaxing massage at the wellness center. Body and movement classes take place by the lake at Petunia Terrace. You can also make the most of your workout at the outdoor Fitness Center. Location: Casco is a town in Cumberland County, Maine. The population is around 4,000. Casco includes the villages of Casco, South Casco and Cook Mills. The town borders the east shore of Sebago Lake, and is home to part of Sebago Lake State Park. In the early days, the outlets of ponds, provided Casco with good sites for water powered mills. The town had four sawmills, four gristmills, a shook mill, a barrel stave mill, four shingle factories, a carriage factory and a tannery.

Children’s Programs: Yes. Children between the ages of 4 and 6 have the opportunity to be part of the Migis “Kids’ Camp,” which runs 7 days a week from 11 AM to 4 PM from Father’s Day in June to Labor Day in September. For active older children (7 and up), Migis offers “Adventure Camp.” This program also runs 7 days a week from 11 AM to 4 PM from Father’s Day in June to Labor Day in September, where children will enjoy different adventures, activities and excursions daily.

Weddings: Yes. Migis Lodge is a magical location for a wedding and reception. Imagine the bride arriving at her ceremony on a classic 1947 Chris Craft, and exchanging vows under the pines with Sebago Lake and Maine’s Western Mountains serving as a stunning backdrop. After the ceremony, the bridal party and guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner and dancing in the lakeside lodge, and perhaps finish the evening around a bonfire on our front terrace.
Meetings: Yes. There is no finer place for your group to meet and exchange ideas in a relaxed, yet efficient setting by the crystal clear waters of Sebago Lake. Migis Lodge features a dedicated conference center, Boulders, which boasts state of the art audio-visual equipment, including large screen data-quality projection, teleconferencing capabilities, and a wood burning fireplace.
