Accommodations: The property sits on 25 unrivaled acres above the stunning Sonoma Coast and offers 46 guest rooms, including eight suites. All guest rooms feature a variety of amenities including Crosley LP record players with an enviable collection of vinyl records, minibar munchies and libations featuring local Sonoma partners, custom Russian River Roasters coffee with tea kettle and pour over coffee setup, natural eco-friendly LATHER toiletry products, luxurious linens and towels, yoga mats and most have Nest-guided fireplaces.
As Suite As It Gets: When money is no object, go for the Premier Ocean Suite with an endless Pacific Ocean view, located in the main building surrounding the Great Room, spacious suite with living room and separate bedroom, double-wide redwood deck, wetbar with breakfast table, fireplace, sleeper sofa and hand-crafted king bed. Most guest rooms feature: Wi-Fi, Local Wines, Down Duvets, Organic Toiletries, Mini-Fridge, Munchie Bar, Safe, Yoga Mat, Record Player, Games, Books and Magazines, and Pendleton Blankets.
Dining: Timber Cove is home to Coast Kitchen, a coastal wine country concept that offers seasonal fare with clean, crisp presentations served amidst stunning ocean views. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week, Coast Kitchen offers a delectable menu featuring dishes sourced from local vendors and wine pairings from predominantly Sonoma-based vineyards. Guests can enjoy meals created by the Coast Kitchen team in the restaurant’s main room or outdoors on the ocean view patio, or at the bar of the Great Room lobby.
Activities: Timber Cove curates daily activities for guests, including guided hikes and wine tastings. Extensive activities are also available in the surrounding areas. Location: The hotel is located within 2-1/2 hours of the San Francisco Bay area and only 60 minutes from Sonoma County Airport (STS), with access to some of the best wine tasting in Sonoma County. Scenic coastal drives to the charming towns of Fort Ross, Bodega Bay or Sea Ranch are great day trips, with outdoor activities like canoeing, hiking and kayaking also available.
