This rustic cabin is loved by many coastal vacationers. Except for a few modern amenities, this cabin feels just like it did all those years ago. Just down a flight of stairs to a secluded feeling beach cabin with a private deck and one of the best ocean views on the Oregon coast. This house has a single bedroom and an open loft, a kitchen, and bath. There is also beach access very nearby. Pets are allowed with a fee.
Unique Features: If you like quintessential beach towns, Bandon is your place. Come for the incredible ocean vistas, charming stores and restaurants, historic lighthouse and thriving art community. But stay for the many outdoor activities, from fishing, hiking and kayaking on the Wild Rivers Coast to golfing at world-famous resorts. Maybe you’ll even take a farm tour and learn why Bandon’s nickname is the “Cranberry Capital of Oregon.”

Dining: The cabin has a full kitchen. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee and fresh baked goodies at Bandon Baking Company or Bandon Coffee Café. Sunday brunch at Lord Bennett’s is always memorable. The Station Restaurant serves classic diner style breakfast. For a midday meal that’s distinctly Bandon, relax at a sidewalk table at the Bandon Fish Market, Foley’s Irish Pub or Tony’s Crab Shack. Old Town dinner spots include Alloro Wine Bar and Restaurant, Edgewaters, and The Wheelhouse.
Activities: Enjoy year-round fishing, cycling, golf, hiking and beach going. The landscapes are green. The air is clean, and the temps are moderate all year. If the wind picks up, just bundle up, and experience some of the most dramatic storm watching in Oregon. Pack layers. Bandon’s climate is temperate. But, temperatures can vary by several degrees between waterfront and inland destinations. Don’t let a little morning fog or cloud cover fool you. Wear a hat or sunscreen to protect your skin from sunburn.

Location: The cabin is located in Bandon which is a city in Coos County, on the south side of the mouth of the Coquille River. It was named by George Bennet, an Irish peer, who settled nearby in 1873 and named the town after Bandon in Ireland, his hometown. The population was 3,066 at the 2010 census.
