The Mazama Ranch House is located in the small town of Mazama. Located on the eastern edge of the North Cascades National Park and adjacent to National Forest, it is surrounded by beautiful green fields, snow capped mountains and large ponderosa pines. One can experience a little bit of country living there where hay fields are being farmed, wildlife is at your doorstep and the stars at night are so bright. Summers are warm and the days are long and winters are filled with snow and sunshine. Peace and quiet is what they specialize in.
Unique Features: For the horse lovers, they have the best little horse hotel in Washington. They have horse facilities onsite that are free with the rental of a room and include corrals and a riding arena. Bring your own feed or they can supply the hay for a reasonable fee when you get there. Some corrals are shaded, some open to sunlight, and all have fresh water at all times. Step off your porch, saddle up and ride off. It’s that easy!
Accommodations: The Main Ranch House has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. Wrap around sun decks with furniture. Sleeps 13 people in beds. There are 8 Wing Rooms, which are suite-sized rooms with kitchenettes, full baths, queen beds and wrap around sun decks with furniture. Each sleeps 2-4 people in beds. There also the Longhorn Cabin for more privacy.
As Suite As It Gets: When money is no object, go for the Longhorn Cabin. It is a small detached cabin which has a loft with queen bed and fold out futon, wood stove, fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area and bath. Sleeps 2-4 people in beds.
Dining: There is no on-site restaurant but they can easily recommend some good restaurants nearby. Some of the units also have kitchens for meal preparation.
Activities: From the front porch you can step onto the world renowned Methow Valley Sport Trails. In the summer hikers, bikers and horse riders can travel on a trail system that can lead you higher up into the mountains or down into town 13 miles away. In the winter the ski trail system is world class and is the best in the country. One can ski carefully groomed trails, take a ski lesson or participate in one of the many ski events put on right in Mazama.
Spa & Fitness: A large hot tub is where all the excitement is on the ranch after a cold day of skiing. Located in front of the main Ranch House and on the trail, many users soak and enjoy the stars at night. There is no on-site spa or fitness center, but with all of the amazing outdoor activities and fresh air though, you won’t need them.

Weddings: Yes. The Mazama Ranch House is the perfect place for a small wedding. The surrounding meadows, groves of huge ponderosa pine and the large ranch barn offer something for everyone. For weddings they offer a spectacular and unique setting for the couple who want to be married in the great outdoors. Rustic but elegant, this guest ranch is an excellent choice for a small wedding of 100 people or so.
Meetings: Yes. They can host small meetings.
Extra Info: The Chicken Coop was once a mining cook shack, then a chicken coop and now the conference/play room. They encourage guests to use it for a meeting room, a game room or a TV room (large TV). In the winter, the Chicken Coop is the perfect spot for large group potlucks. It has lots of seating and table space and has two wood burning stoves to make it cozy.
