Unique Features: Built nestled in the trees and overhanging a wet-weather creek that feeds into the Guadalupe River, each Guadalupe River Cabin Treehouse has all the modern day conveniences you would expect to find at any premier vacation rental home. For five of the Guadalupe River Cabins, you access them by walking across a 100’ long pedestrian bridge actually attached to centuries old cypress tress!
Accommodations: Wait a minute, did you say a Treehouse? Yes, but this is not your childhood plywood fort of days gone by. The Guadalupe River Cabin Treehouses are fully furnished, modernly constructed and engineered custom cabins. Each Treehouse includes an open living and dining room, fully stocked kitchen. Master suite with King sized bed and closet. There is a full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Sleeping loft upstairs with multiple beds. Each treehouse sleeps 4-6 comfortably with a maximum occupancy of 8.
As Suite As It Gets: When money is no object, go for the Birdseye Perch. This is a relaxing treehouse cabin with fantastic Guadalupe River Access, park within walking distance. 1 Bedroom w/ King size Bed, 2 queen beds in the loft, full kitchen, fully furnished. Close to all the activities River Road has to offer! Sleeps 7.
Dining: There is no on-site restaurant but they can easily recommend some great restaurants nearby. The cabins have kitchens for meal preparation.
Activities: Located next to the Guadalupe River on River Road between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, you can easily access and enjoy many of the best places the Texas Hill Country has to offer including the Guadalupe River itself from the property. A Canyon Lake boat ramp is only minutes away. Whitewater Amphitheater is only 3.4 miles away! River Road Ice house, historic Gruene Hall, and New Braunfels are all only 11 miles away!
Spa & Fitness: There is no on-site spa or fitness center, but with all of the amazing outdoor activities and fresh air though, you won’t need them.
Location: New Braunfels is a city near San Antonio, Texas. It’s known for the Comal and Guadalupe rivers, which wind past leafy parks like Landa and Cypress Bend. Original 1800s German buildings like Gruene Hall are preserved in the Gruene Historic District. To the west, walkways snake through underground limestone caves at Natural Bridge Caverns. The Schlitterbahn water park has rides, slides and a wave pool.
